As much as we all hate to admit it, change takes time. If you’re looking for something completely integrated and tailored to your specific needs, a free 15 minute discovery call to discuss my program followed by a comprehensive intake for review of your medical history, physical exam, past and current medical concerns would be the initial steps. Initial consultation fee of $275 for our exam, review of your medical history and initial plan of care moving forward.

Since the first 90 days is crucial to seeing the change you so desperately desire, the program is initially set for 90 days. During this time, you will always have access to me via email or text and we will have planned weekly virtual or in person meetings to review your progress and make changes as needed.

After your program is complete, single appointment fees are available on an as needed basis.
